PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pharmaceutical preparation containing nano-particles holding a peptide hormone encapsulated in the particle, having immediate action as well as sustainability and enabling the size reduction of the preparation dose and provide a method for producing the preparation.

SOLUTION: The peptide hormone encapsulated nano-particle comprises a peptide hormone encapsulated in the outer layer as well as the inside of a biocompatible nano-particle. The immediate action of the preparation is improved by the peptide hormone encapsulated in the outer layer of the nano-particle and the sustainability is improved by the sustained release of the peptide hormone encapsulated in the nano-particle. Since the peptide hormone is encapsulated in the outer layer as well as in the inside of the nano-particle, the peptide hormone content of the preparation can be increased to enable the size reduction of the pharmaceutical preparation.
