The present invention provides a method for preparation of a polyelectrolyte capsule and a polyelectrolyte capsule prepared by the same. The present method comprises the following steps: (A) obtaining a porous particle of porous material (B) mixing said porous particle with a polysaccharide and a peptide to obtain a core-shell particle wherein said core is said porous particle and said shell comprises said polysaccharide and side peptide. The operation steps of the present method are easy to be operated. Therefore, not only time and cost are saved but also an active ingredient therein can be prevented from losing in complex preparation processes.本發明提供一種聚電解質膠囊的製備方法及該方法所製得的聚電解質膠囊。本發明方法包含以下步驟:(A)取得一多孔性粒子,其包含一多孔性材料;(B)使前述多孔性粒子與一多醣及一胜肽混合以獲得一核殼粒子;其中前述核殼粒子的核為前述多孔性粒子,且前述核殼粒子的殼包含前述多醣及前述胜肽。本發明方法步驟簡單,可以節省時間及成本,更可避免活性成分於繁瑣的製程中流失。
