The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing grape juice with improved preference and grape juice manufactured thereby and provides the grape juice which improves the preference with differentiated flavor and taste by adding further blueberries, sponge gourd fruits, and sap of the sponge gourds to grapes, a main ingredient, and extracting the grape juice together, and thereby has an enhanced health improvement effect.
