The present invention relates to a dough composition for fly spawning and a method for inducing fly spawning using the same and, more specifically, to a dough composition for fly spawning, which is capable of attracting flies to make the flies to spawn at a predetermined site and easily collecting eggs； and a method for inducing fly spawning using the same. The dough composition for fly spawning of the present invention contains one or more spawning base selected among grains and grain-processed by-products, an ammonium generating material, and moisture.
