PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of functional salt is provided to contain functional components included in tea, herbal medicine, mushrooms, petals, coffee, and the like and to enhance flavor. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of functional salt comprises the following steps: adding 500-2000 parts by weight of water to 100 parts by weight of a material selected from a group consisting of tea, herbal medicine, mushrooms, petals, and coffee; low temperature ultrasonification extracting the same at 40-90 deg. Celsius for 30 minutes or more to manufacture an extract; and mixing 5-20 parts by weight of the extract with 100 parts by weight of roasted salt and hot air-drying the same at 60 deg. Celsius or less for 10 hours or more. The tea is Pu'er tea or Tieguanyin tea. The herbal medicine is Aquilariae Lignum. The mushroom is Sarcodon aspratus. The petals are jasmine or rose petals. The roasted salt is manufactured by removing bittern from bay salt and roasting the bay salt at 700-800 deg. Celsius for 24 hours or more by using a far infrared radiation heating method. [Reference numerals] (AA) Ingredients + Water; (BB) Add into a low temperature ultrasonication extractor; (CC) Filter; (DD) Extract; (EE) Mix roasted salt and the extract at the ratio of 100:7-10; (FF) Dry with hot wind(10 hours or more)(60°;C or less, 0.3% or less of moisture); (GG) Pulverize and package; (HH) Bay salt; (II) Primarily remove bittern(store and age); (JJ) Secondarily remove bittern(centrifuge); (KK) Add into a specific processing furnace(high frequency far infrared radiation heating wire heating type electric furnace), Roast at 800°;C for 24 hours or more; (LL) Pulverize; (MM) Roasted salt본 발명은 차(茶)류, 한약재, 버섯류, 꽃잎, 커피로 이루어진 군에서 선택된 재료로부터 기능성 유효성분을 추출하고 이를 구운소금과 혼합하여 열풍건조하는 것을 특징으로 하는 기능성 소금의 제조방법에 관한 것이다.본 발명에 따르면 차(茶)류, 한약재, 버섯류, 꽃잎, 커피 등의 재료에 함유되어 있는 기능성 성분을 다량 함유하며, 풍미가 뛰어난 기능성 소금을 제조할 수 있다.
