The present invention relates to a rice noodle containing zein, and to a production method thereof. According to the present invention, even with 5-10% addition of zein with respect to the weight of rice powder, formation of noodle sticks is possible, thereby enabling the production of the rice noodle ensuring at least 90% rice contents.본 발명은 제인을 함유하는 쌀면 및 그 제조방법에 관한 기술로, 제인을 쌀가루 중량 대비 5~10%만 첨가하여도 면대 형성이 가능하여 쌀의 함량이 90% 이상인 순수 쌀면을 제조할 수 있다.
