The present invention relates to a method for producing drinking water for raising pigs, and drinking water for raising pigs produced by the method. To this end, the drinking water is supplied to pigs after adding, in water, brewing vinegar which contains active ingredients of onion, balloon flower roots, and lotus leaves and is prepared by mixing an onion extract obtained by boiling onion along with a lotus leaf extract and a balloon flower root extract obtained by boiling balloon flower roots and lotus leaves so as to produce an extract mixture, and then fermenting the extract mixture thereafter.
