PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide: a citrus flavor enhancer that enhances the freshness feeling and fruit juice feeling of citrus fruits； a perfume composition that contains said enhancer as an active ingredient； and a food and beverage product using the same in which the citrus flavor, especially the freshness feeling and fruit juice feeling, is enhanced.SOLUTION: By adding rotundone to a citrus fruit essential oil or fruit juice, or to a citrus perfume composition, the citrus flavor is enhanced and the flavor is improved； by adding rotundone to the conventional citrus perfumes by a very small amount, the fruit juice feeling with the freshness and vividness not known hitherto is enhanced.SELECTED DRAWING: NoneCOPYRIGHT: (C)2017,JPO&INPIT【課題】柑橘果実のフレッシュ感や果汁感を増強する柑橘香味増強剤および該増強剤を有効成分として含有する香料組成物、並びにそれを用いた柑橘の香味、特に、フレッシュ感や果汁感が増強された飲食品を提供する。【解決手段】柑橘果実の精油や果汁および柑橘香料組成物にロタンドンを添加することにより、柑橘香味を増強し、香味を改善し、従来の柑橘香料にロタンドンを極微量添加することで従来知られていない新鮮さ、生々しさを持つ果汁感を増強する。【選択図】 なし
