PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a citrus fruit juice capable of suppressing generation of a ring trace of a container or clogging of a nozzle, and maintaining highly original aroma or flavor of a citron and to provide a seasoning and a beverage containing the same.SOLUTION: A citrus fruit juice is obtained by containing a citron juice from which a fiber content and an oil content are removed, and a shekwasha juice from which a fiber content and an oil content are removed, at the mass ratio expressed as follows: citron juice/shekwasha juice=0.4-4.0.
