PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a frozen food capable of retaining an excellent quality during freezing storage.SOLUTION: A frozen food includes: a frozen ingredient part comprising a plurality of masses and containing moisture a frozen seasoning part containing seasoning, constituted by components having an oil content or 20% or more, and a ratio of moisture/oil content of 0.35 or less, and comprising a plurality of masses and a packaging member housing and sealing the ingredient part and the seasoning part.
