PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a jam effective for health maintenance, having good taste.SOLUTION: The main raw material includes washed leaf stalks of rhubarb with huge numbers of veins perpendicularly cut into an appropriate length. The auxiliary raw material includes beet, turmeric, or blueberry which is washed and cut or crushed into small pieces. The auxiliary raw material is mixed with the main raw material in a proportion of 3 to 8 wt.%.
