PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an absorbent article capable of holding a large amount of urine and quickly absorbing it without causing lateral leakage of urine, and having good fitness to a wearer's body.SOLUTION: An absorbent article comprises: a top sheet； a back sheet； and an absorber. The absorber comprises a concave three-dimensional shape part in which a thickness of an urination area is thinner than that of a surrounding part. A bottom part of the concave three-dimensional shape part extends in a cross direction and in a lateral direction, and a peripheral edge part of the concave three-dimensional shape part has a leakage prevention wall over the whole periphery. The concave three-dimensional shape part comprises channel embossments extending toward a front area and a rear area over the top sheet and the absorber, such that the channel embossments communicate with the concave three-dimensional shape part.
