PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an absorbent article having a superior prevention property of bedsore on a body back side (especially, the sacral region and the coccyx part) caused by urine contamination.
SOLUTION: This absorbent article is so formed that both right and left sides of the width-directional center part of a crotch part M in an absorber 3 have the easy-to-bend portions 3y of the crotch part that are linearly extended on the article rear side from the boundary with an abdominal side part F respectively, width-directional center-side end edges 4i of respective three-dimensional gathers 4 located in the crotch part M are located closer to the width-directional center side than the easy-to-bend parts 3y, and boundaries 4k between free parts 4f and base end parts 4x in the respective three-dimensional gathers 4 are separated outward in the width direction with respect to the easy-to-bend parts 3y.
