The present invention relates to a meat by-product disinfection device comprising: an ozone generation module for generating ozone gas using air； and a disinfection module for accommodating water therein, dissolving the ozone gas generated in the ozone generation module in the water to generate ozone water, and having a plurality of detachable baskets to disinfect meat by-products. According to the present invention, the disinfection of the meat by-products and the dehydration of the disinfected meat by-products are facilitated by embedding the meat by-products in the detachable baskets, and the meat by-products can be easily moved to the next stage after disinfection.본 발명은 공기를 이용하여 오존가스를 생성하는 오존생성모듈； 및 내부에 물을 수용하고, 상기 오존생성모듈에서 생성된 오존가스를 물에 용해하여 오존수를 생성하며, 탈착가능한 복수의 바스켓을 구비하여 식육부산물을 소독하는 소독모듈을 포함하는 식육부산물 소독장치에 관한 것이다. 이러한 본 발명에 따르면 탈착가능한 바스켓에 식육부산물을 내장하여 식육부산물의 소독 및 소독된 식육부산물의 탈수를 용이하게 할 수 있고, 소독 후 다음 단계로의 이동이 용이하다.
