PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of a natural healthy tea is provided to add healthy grains to native grass having functional ingredients, thereby producing a tea that has a similar taste and smell to coffee.CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of a natural healthy tea comprises the following steps. Cut and wash licorices, acanthopanax sessiliflorum seeman, and seeds or fruits of Hovenia dulcis Thunb, and dry them in a drying machine for 1-3 hours, and repeat a step for roasting at 130-200°C for 15-25 minutes and cooling it for 2-3 times. Heat 450-550g of the preprocessed licorice, 900-1100 g of the acanthopanax sessiliflorum seeman, 450-550g of the seeds or fruits of Hovenia dulcis Thunb in a water bath with 15-20 L of water at 80-120°C for 2-4 hours. Neutralize the toxicity for 2-4 hours by adding 450-550g of washed and dried seeds of Classia toraL, 900-1100g of barley, 450-550g of African millet, 450-550g of buckwheat, and 450-550g of bark of Ulmus macrocarpa Hance to the water bath solution made in the previous step. Steam the seeds of Classia toraL, barley, African millet, buckwheat, and bark of Ulmus macrocarpa Hance separately in a steam tank for 15-25 minute, dry them in a drying machine at 60-700°C for 1-3 hours, and repeat a step for roasting at 130-200°C for 15-25 minutes and cooling 2-3 times. Mix and pack all the preprocessed ingredients - 1-9 wt% of licorice, 5-15 wt% of the acanthopanaz sessiliflorum Seeman, 1-9 wt% of the seeds or fruits of Hovenia dulcis Thunb, 15-25 wt% of the seeds from Classia toraL, 25-35 wt% of barley, 5-15 wt% of buckwheat, and 1-9 wt% of the bark from Ulmus macrocarpa Hance. 15-30g of salt is added when the water bath solution is 0.5-2L.
