PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a self-roasting device that can easily roast coffee beans evenly to the inside on a household gas range.SOLUTION: A household coffee beans roasting device is a roasting device that is configured by: installing a strut stand on a household gas range or on a desktop (portable gas stove) placing a drum in an opening and closing portion of a strut upper part keeping constant a heating power after fixing a distance to flame and manually rotating the drum for roasting. The drum is set in a position higher than an outlet of the flame, so that the heating power, hot air and exhaust of the flame rise upward along the drum, and thereby the thermal efficiency outside the roasting device can be suppressed. Also, beans are mixed by a stirring plate in the drum, and the beans become a smothered state, and thereby 250 g of beans can be roasted evenly and fully in a short time (12-15 minutes). Also, the chaff scattered during roasting is dropped beside the flame, and thereby the flare-up is prevented and the taking in-and-out of the beans having become hot by roasting from/in the device can be operated easily and safely.COPYRIGHT: (C)2015,JPO&INPIT【課題】家庭用のガスコンロ上でコーヒー豆を、ムラなく中まで手軽に焙煎できる自家焙煎器を提供する。【解決手段】 家庭用のガスコンロ上、あるいは卓上(カセットコンロ)に支柱台を設置し、その支柱上部開閉部分に、ドラムを置き炎の距離を固定したのち火力を一定にし、ドラムを手回し回転させ焙煎する器具である。ドラムを炎の吹き出し口より高い位置に設定することで、炎はドラムに沿って火力、熱風、排気が上にあがり、焙煎器外側の熱効率を抑えることが出来る。また豆はドラムの中の攪拌板で混ぜられ、蒸し焼き状態になるため、ムラがなくふっくらと短時間(12~15分)で250g焙煎できることを可能とした。また焙煎中に飛散するチャフを炎の横に落とすことで燃え上がりを防止し、焙煎で熱くなった器具より豆の出し入れも、安全で簡単に操作できる家庭用コーヒー豆焙煎器。【選択図】図1
