The present invention relates to a coffee roaster which roasts pure coffee beans by directly heating the pure coffee beans with heat generated by receiving power； prevents heat from being concentrated on the center of the inside of a drum where the pure coffee beans are heated； and smoothly roasts the pure coffee beans by improving the efficiency of heating the pure coffee beans by evenly dispersing heats to the whole inner area of the drum. The coffee roaster includes the drum (3) which includes an internal space unit with open front surface, receives the pure coffee beans, and rotates by receiving the torque of a motor (2)； a housing unit (5) fixed to make the drum (3) rotate around an axis (4)； a cover (6) which is fixed to the housing unit (5) and which covers the front surface of the drum (3)； a heating member (8) which is fixed to the cover (6) and formed to place a heating unit (7) which receives power and heats in the internal space unit； an outlet (9) which opens and closes one part of the cover (6) and discharges the coffee beans roasted inside the drum (3)； an inlet (10) which is fixed to the cover (6) and where the pure coffee beans are inserted into the space unit of the drum (3)； and a heat dispersing member which disperses the focused heat generated around the heating unit (7) of the heating member (8) to the whole space of the drum (3).본 발명은 전원을 인가받아 발생된 열원을 이용하여 생두에 직접 가열하여 로스팅(Rpasting) 함과 아울러, 특히 생두가 가열되는 드럼의 내부에서 열이 중앙에 적체되는 것을 방지하고 드럼 내부의 전 영역으로 고르게 발산하여 생두의 가열효율을 증대하여 원활하게 로스팅할 수 있도록 내부에 전면이 개방된 공간부를 가지며 생두가 수용되며 모터(2)의 회전력을 인가받아 회전하는 드럼(3)과, 상기 드럼(3)이 축(4)회전하도록 고정되는 하우징(5)과, 상기 하우징(5)에 고정되며 상기 드럼(3)의 전면를 폐쇄하도록 된 커버(6)와, 상기 커버(6)에 고정됨과 아울러 전원을 공급받아 발열하는 발열부(7)가 상기 드럼(3)의 공간부이 위치되게 구비된 가열수단(8)과, 상기 커버(6)에 일 부위를 개폐하여 상기 드럼(3)의 내부에서 로스팅된 원두를 배출하도록 된 배출구(9)와, 상기 커버(6)에 고정되되 상기 드럼(3)의 공간부로 생두를 투입하도록 된 투입구(10)를 포함하여 이루어진 커피 로스터기에 있어서； 상기한 가열수단(8)의 발열부(7)의 근처에 생성되는 집중열을 상기 드럼(3)의 공간부상 전 영역으로 발산하도록 하는 열확산수단이 구비된 커피 로스터기에 관한 것이다.
