The present invention relates to Cornus officinalis leaf tea having anti-oxidative and anti-diabetic functions and a method for manufacturing the same. As a result of measuring anti-oxidative and anti-diabetic activities of the Cornus officinalis leaf tea after manufacturing the same, the Cornus officinalis leaf tea has excellent anti-oxidative and anti-diabetic functions, and thereby the present invention: provides the method for manufacturing the Cornus officinalis leaf tea having anti-oxidative and anti-diabetic functions； enhances the value of the tea in terms of nutrition, functions, and quality； promotes national health； provides people with a wider range of choices of tea； and contributes to increases in rural household income and maximizes the use of Cornus officinalis leaf tea by using Cornus officinalis leaves.본 발명은 항산화 및 항당뇨 기능성 산수유나무 잎차 및 그 제조방법에 관한 것으로 산수유나무 잎차를 제조하고 항산화 활성 및 항당뇨 활성을 측정한 결과 본 발명 산수유나무 잎차는 항산화와 항당뇨 기능성이 뛰어남으로 항산화 및 항당뇨 기능성 산수유나무 잎차의 제조방법을 제공하는 효과가 있으며, 영양학적, 기능적 및 품질 측면에서 차의 가치를 향상시키고 국민에게 건강증진과 차(tea)의 선택의 폭을 넓혀줄 뿐만 아니라 산수유나무의 잎을 활용함으로써 농가 소득에 기여하고 산수유나무의 이용도를 극대화할 수 있는 뛰어난 효과가 있다.
