PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide snack food products causing no sticking to each other when mixed with a seasoning liquid and dried, and a manufacturing method thereof.SOLUTION: The snack food product includes a vacuum freeze dried food made from at least one of a vegetable and a fruit formed into a prescribed shape and vacuum freeze dried granular cereals separately made from granular cereals. At least one of the vacuum freeze dried food and the vacuum freeze dried granular cereals is adhered to or impregnated with a seasoning liquid, and then the vacuum freeze dried food and the vacuum freeze dried granular cereals are mixed.
