Manufacturing process of feed additives composed of fermented onion with antioxidant activity for hybrid broiler and its meat preservative and use of thereof
PURPOSE: A feed additive for the antibiotics replacement of chicken meat for ginseng chicken soup, a quality improving agent of chicken meat for ginseng chicken soup, a producing method thereof, and a use thereof are provided to use a fermented onion product with antioxidant activity. CONSTITUTION: A feed additive is obtained by adding 0.7-1.0%(w/v) of molasse when fermenting onion using Leuconostoc citerum. 1.0%(w/v) of sucrose is also inserted during the fermentation process. 0.3%(w/w) of feed additive is mixed with feed. The feed additive has a weight increasing effect on chicken, and improves the storage property of meat chicken.본 발명은 루코노스톡 시트레움(Leuconostoc citerum)을 이용하여 발효된 양파발효 조성물 및 이 양파발효 조성물을 포함하는 사료첨가제 및 계육 품질 유지제 조성물, 양파를 이용한 루코노스톡 시트레움 배양 배지 및 그 배양 방법에 관한 것이다.
