The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing dried laver mixed with seaweed. The method for manufacturing dried laver of the present invention comprises: a watery laver preparing step of finely cutting watery laver and removing foreign materials; a seaweed preparing step of finely cutting any one of sea mustard and kelp and removing foreign materials; an aging step of mixing the watery laver which has gone through the watery laver preparing step and the sea mustard or kelp which has gone through the seaweed preparing step, followed by aging, thereby obtaining a mixed and aged product; a molding step of supplying the mixed and aged product which has gone through the aging step to a molding machine while the mixed and aged product is mixed with water, and spreading the mixed and aged product on a laver drying screen in a form of dried laver; a drying step of drying the mixed and aged product spread on the laver drying screen after the molding step, thereby obtaining dried laver mixed with seaweed; and a laver separating step of separating the dried laver mixed with seaweed from the laver drying screen. According to the method for producing dried laver of the present invention, the sea mustard or kelp enriched with alginic acid is finely cut, subjected to the foreign material removing process, and mixed and aged with watery laver from which the foreign materials have been removed, and then the aged product is supplied to the molding step, molded on the laver drying screen, and subjected to the drying process, and thus the sea mustard or kelp is uniformly added and distributed without a heterogeneous feeling.본 발명은 해초가 혼합된 건조 김의 제조방법에 관한 것이다.본 발명의 건조 김 제조방법은, 채취된 김의 원초를 세절하고 이물질을 제거하는 김의 원초준비단계; 미역이나 다시마 중 어느 하나를 세절하고 이물질을 제거하는 해초준비단계; 김의 원초준비단계를 거친 김의 원초와 해초준비단계를 거친 미역이나 다시마를 혼합하여 숙성시킴으로써 혼합숙성물을 얻는 숙성단계; 숙성단계를 거친 혼합숙성물이 물에 혼합된 형태로 성형장치에 공급되어 건조 김의 형태로 발장에 펼쳐지게 하는 성형단계; 및 성형단계 후 발장에 펼쳐진 혼합숙성물을 건조하여 해초혼합 건조 김을 얻는 건조단계; 건조단계 후 발장에서 해초혼합 건조 김을 분리하는 김분리단계;를
