PURPOSE: A making method of rolled rice in dried laver is provided to have freshness of the rolled rice for a long time. CONSTITUTION: Herbal medicine and propolis extract are mixed to get a seasoning sauce. The seasoning sauce and bowled rice are mixed to make rice with the seasoning sauce. Carrots and Korean leek or spinach are cut into pieces. The cut carrots, Korean leek and spinach are heated and mixed with sesame oil and soybean oil to make the first mixture. The first mixture is mixed with the seasoning sauce to make the second mixture. The second mixture is mixed with sugar and ripened for 20 minutes at a room temperature. The ripened second mixture is mixed with salt and ripened for 2 hours in a fridge. The second mixture and picked radish are arranged at a side of the seasoned bowled rice which is spread on dried laver which is cut into one fourth of dried laver. The surface of the dried laver is sprayed with the mixed oil including sesame oil, soybean oil and propolis. Salt and stir-fried sesame oil are sprinkled on the dried laver.
