PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a low-cost natural processing method for storing for a prescribed period inexpensive fish on the unused deep sea bottom with relatively low temperature as a high-pressure environment, and processed food with novelty and high additional value by the method.SOLUTION: A method includes packing various food materials such as fish, with an additive such as seasoning, in a closed container followed by storing the materials on the sea bottom equal to or deeper than 10m for a prescribed period so as to gradually ferment and alteration process the original taste of the food material to food of new taste with palatability. The product is appropriately supplied as a low-cost brand product with high additional value so as to enrich a food culture. A processing tool includes a storage container and a hanging rope. It is easy work to bring down the storage container holding a plurality of small containers where food materials such as fish are packed to the sea bottom equal to or deeper than 10m by the hanging rope with a buoyancy body on the upper end part followed by storing and lifting.COPYRIGHT: (C)2014,JPO&INPIT【課題】比較的低温と高圧の環境である未利用の深海底に低価格の魚を所定期間貯蔵する低コスト自然加工方法と、その方法による新味ある高付加価値の加工食品を提供する。【解決手段】10m以深の海底に魚などの多様な食材を調味料などの添加物と密閉容器にパックして所定期間貯蔵し、食材の本来の味が次第に旨味のある新しい味の食品へ発酵、変質加工される。適宜、低いコストの高付加価値ブランド品として供給し、食文化を豊かにする。加工用具は収納容器と吊り綱でなり、魚など食材ををパックした小型容器複数を納めた前記収納容器を上端部に浮力体のある吊り綱で10m以深の海底に下ろし貯蔵し、引き上げる簡易な作業である。【選択図】図1
