PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a preservation method of natto, which removes unnecessary largeness of a container for easy circulation and storage and allows natto and seasoning to be easily blended for use of cooked natto by opening the disposable container for extruding natto, allowing for further long-term storage by freezing.SOLUTION: The preservation method includes putting a lump of frozen gelatinous seasoning and produced natto particles in a bag-like container having air permeability and sealing the container.
