The invention relates to the waste-free production of ecologically clean fertilizers and biostimulants for growth and development of various farm and flower crops.The process, according to the invention, comprises the following stages:a) soaking with mixing of 1 volume of humus-containing substances with 3…5 volumes of water with a temperature of 10…40°C;b) separation after sedimentation of bacterial suspension;c) addition with agitation to the suspension residue of solid caustic alkali according to calculation: 1.5… 2.0 kg of alkali per 20 L of initial volume of the humus-containing substance with spontaneous rise in the temperature of the obtained mixture to 50…80°C;d) sedimentation of alkaline hydrolyzate suspension at room temperature;e) dilution of alkaline suspension with water to the attainment of 45…50 volumes;f) acid neutralization of the obtained diluted suspension;g) combination of neutralized suspension with the bacterial suspension obtained in the stage b);h) separation from the sediment of the supernatant fluid after sedimentation of the suspension, which is a biostimulant, in which are optionally introduced auxiliary additives, such as microelements, and packed up as necessary;i) collection of the remaining sediment in the form of dense suspension and its preparation for transportation for utilization as organic fertilizer.The result is to simplify the process and increase its efficiency, the produced biostimulant being of high quality and with a broad spectrum of activity.Invenţia se referă la producerea fără deşeuri a fertilizatorilor şi a biostimulatorilor ecologic puri de creştere şi dezvoltare pentru diferite culturi agricole şi florale.Procedeul, conform invenţiei, include următoarele etape:a) înmuierea cu amestecarea a 1 volum de substanţe cu conţinut de humus cu 3...5 volume de apă cu o temperatură de 10...40°C;b) separarea după sedimentare a suspensiei bacteriene;c) adăugarea cu agitare la reziduul de suspensie a bazei caustice solide conform
