PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide rice with brown seaweed that is excellent in brown seaweed flavor, texture and original taste and also excellent in long-term preservation property, and a method for efficiently and economically manufacturing such rice with brown seaweed.SOLUTION: Rice 3 with brown seaweed contains a Mekabu (brown seaweed turnip) ingredient 33 and a brown seaweed ingredient 32 uniformly mixed therein as essential components.
