This utility model discloses the Composition of Mung Bean Cereal Flakes which includes mung bean flour and all-purpose flour, refined sugar, evaporated milk, butter and salt. Mixing all the ingredients, heavily greased cookie sheet, using rolling pin roll out the dough very thinly with plurality of shape and bake at 150øF for about 10 minutes until golden brown by turning once and allow to cool completely; then package and label the product.
