A method for increasing laccase mRNA expression in the Pleurotus ostreatus mycelium comprises: a step of adding 2.5% apple pomace to the medium and culturing, and a step of extracting laccase mRNA from the Pleurotus ostreatus mycelium. The apple pomace is prepared by squeezing apples.
