The invention relates to a process for integrally recycling fruit-tree wastes. According to the invention, the process consists in mixing 45...50% fragments of dead branches of fruit trees, such as apple tree, plum tree, apricot tree and cherry tree, having sizes of 0.5...1.5 cm, 15...20% dry leaves thereof, 20...25% liquid distillery marc with 3.5% dry matter, resulting from the alcoholic distillation of the fermented fruit juice, 1...3% fodder chalk, up to a pH value of 5...6, the mixture is transferred into culturing vessels as growing sublayer for edible mushrooms Pleurotus ostreatus, and, when spent, it is used as fruit-growing fertilizer.
