PURPOSE: A producing method of apple juice using a deoxygenation treatment and a pasteurization process is provided to prevent the browning of the juice without adding vitamin C. CONSTITUTION: A producing method of apple juice comprises a step of juicing apples with either a deoxygenation treatment method or a pasteurization processing method at 65deg C for 30minutes.
