<；P>；PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a packaged bar-shaped food in which packaged bar-shaped rice is fully gripped by one hand, consistently supported and unpackaged when unpackaging the bar-shaped rice packaged with a packaging sheet with a dried sea weed held between inner and outer films. <；P>；SOLUTION: A dry sea weed 41 is held between both inner and outer films 2 and 3. An intermittent cutout 22 which can be separated into two is formed in the substantial center of the outer film 2, and the outer film has a triangular cutout 24 reaching the intermittent notch 22 at its one end. In the inner film 3, inner ends of two film pieces 31 and 31 of the substantially same shapes overlap each other on the intermittent notch of the outer film 2.
