PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rod-like packaged food capable of being eaten without making the hand dirty, and a method for loosening packaging of the same.SOLUTION: A rod-like food 50 is wound with a packaging sheet which comprises an outer film 20 including a dividable portion 21 formed in the longitudinal direction, an inner film 30 dividable at a position facing the dividable portion 21, a cover film 33 projected from a side edge of the inner film 30, and a sheet-like food 40 sandwiched between the outer film 20 and the inner film 30. The rod-like food 50 is such that the dividable portion 21 of the outer film 20 is formed at a position close to one side in the width direction, and the outer film 20 is divided by the dividable portion 21 so as to divide the outer film 20 and the inner film 30 into a wide width part 13 and a narrow width part 15 in the packaging sheet.
