PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a packaging sheet suppressing break of a sheet-like food product, and facilitating loosening packaging, and a rod-like packaged rice mass.SOLUTION: A packaging sheet is constituted by: sandwiching a sheet-like food product 40 between an internal surface of a rectangular outer film 20 where a dividable portion 22 is formed in a direction orthogonal to a longer direction, and an internal surface of an inner film 30 where a dividable portion 32 is formed in a position opposed to the dividable portion 22 and mounting a covering film 50 having projection parts 52 and 52 which are orthogonal to the longer direction of the outer film 20 and whose both ends are projected, on the edge in the one longer direction of the external surface of the inner film 30. The packaging sheet is for packaging by covering the end surface of a rod-like rice mass 60 with the projection parts 52 and 52 of the covering film 50, and winding the external surface side of the inner film 30 around the rod-like rice mass 60.
