PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a packaging sheet capable of retaining a dry state of a sheet-like food, and a rod-like packaged food obtained by packaging a rod-like food with the packaging sheet.SOLUTION: A packaging sheet 10 for packaging a rod-like food 60 includes: an outer film 20 including a dividable part 21 formed in the longitudinal direction an inner film 30 comprising two inner film pieces 31, 31 forming an overlapping part 33 where inner side edges are overlapped in an opposed position to the dividable part 21 covering films 40, 40 mounted on the inner film 30 and a sheet-like food 50 sandwiched between the outer film 20 and the inner film 30.
