PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a packaging sheet and a packaged cooked rice mass with use of the sheet, enabling a package to be opened and the cooked rice mass to be eaten without direct contact of fingertips with the cooked rice mass.SOLUTION: In a spread state, a sheet-like food 5 is held between a rectangular outer film 2 and an inner film 3 disposed on the back side of the outer film 2. The packaging sheet for packing a cooked rice mass 6 includes the outer film 2 and the inner film 3 which are integrated by welding along the outer periphery of the sheet-like food 5. The outer film 2 and the inner film 3 are provided with segmentable parts 21 and 34 for longitudinal segmentation.
