PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wrapped rice lump allowing the wrapping of a rice lump to be unwrapped by an easier method and an unwrapping method for the same.SOLUTION: The wrapped rice lump is the rice lump 6 wrapped in a wrapping sheet 1. The wrapping sheet 1 is formed of a sheet-like food 4 held between an oblong outer film 2 and an inner film 3 disposed on the rear side of the outer film 2 in the unwrapped state. The outer film 2 has a dividable part 21 extended in the width direction approximately at the center in the length direction. The inner film 3 is formed by superposing two film pieces 31 and 31 on each other approximately at the center in the length direction of the outer film 2 and welding the superposed film pieces to the outer film 2 at the peripheral edge of the sheet-like food 4. The rice lump 6 is formed in a flat shape.
