PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To clarify a wrapped rice lump enabling unwrapping the wrapping of the same by a further simple method, and an unwrapping method for the wrapping.SOLUTION: The wrapped rice is a wrapped rice lump made by wrapping a rice lump 6 with a wrapping sheet 1. The wrapping sheet 1 is formed in an expanded state by a rectangular outer film 2, an inner film 3 arranged on the back side of the film 2, and a sheet-like food 4 put between the outer film 2 and the inner film 3. The outer film 2 has a separable part 21 extending in the width direction to a nearly central part in the longitudinal direction. The inner film 3 is formed by overlapping two film pieces 31 and 31 on a nearly central part in the longitudinal direction of the outer film 2, and welding with the outer film 2 in the circumference of the sheet-like food 4. The film pieces 31 and 31 have an air introduction part 32 made by cutting into a corner part at an overlapped side of the film pieces 31 and 31.
