PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a packaging sheet that prevents a sheet-like food from being humidified even in a state where a rice mass is packaged.SOLUTION: A packaging sheet 1 according to the present invention sandwiches a sheet-like food 4 between an outer film 2 and an inner film 3 disposed on the back side of the outer film 2, and is integrally formed by welding the outer film 2 and the inner film 3 on the outer circumference of the sheet-like food 4. The outer film 2 has an outer separable portion 21.
