The present invention relates to an instant stir-fried kimchi rice sauce product. With respect to 100 parts by weight of kimchi chili sauce, the instant stir-fried kimchi rice sauce includes: 10-100 parts by weight of kimchi juice and 2-15 parts by weight of seasoning oil. With respect to 100 parts by weight of water, the kimchi chili sauce includes: 25-31 parts by weight of garlic 1-2 parts by weight of vegetable oil 3-8 parts by weight of vinegar 65-74 parts by weight of sugar 4-6 parts by weight of salt 17-24 parts by weight of chili pepper powder 5-9 parts by weight of starch and 10-18 parts by weight of kimchi juice. According to the present invention, a sauce composition for stir-fried kimchi rice can be used to easily prepare the stir-fried kimchi rice by being mixed with rice without heat in a manner similar to that of preparing bibimbap. The stir-fried kimchi rice prepared by using the sauce composition can reduce the strong and spicy taste unique to kimchi while maximizing the rich flavor, thereby enhancing the palatability for consumers including adults and children, who particularly dislike the strong and spicy taste and increasing kimchi consumption as a result.본 발명은 김치칠리소스 100중량부에 대하여, 김칫국물 10 내지 100중량부 및 조미오일 2 내지 15중량부를 포함하는 즉석 김치 볶음밥 소스이고, 상기 김치칠리소스는, 물 100중량부에 대하여, 마늘 25 내지 31중량부 식물유 1 내지 2중량부 식초 3 내지 8중량부 설탕 65 내지 74중량부 소금 4 내지 6중량부 고춧가루 17 내지 24중량부 전분 5 내지 9중량부 및 김칫국물 10 내지 18중량부를 포함하는 김치 볶음밥용 소스 조성물에 관한 것이다. 이에 의하여, 본 발명의 김치 볶음밥용 소스 조성물을 밥과 열없이 혼합하여 비빔밥 형태로 김치 볶음밥을 용이하게 제조할 수 있으며, 이와 같이 제조된 김치 볶음밥은 김치 특유의 자극적이고 매운맛을 저감하면서도 풍미를 극대화하여 자극적인 맛에 거부감이 있는 성인이나 특히 어린이의 기호성을 향상시킬 수 있고, 결과적으로 김치의 소비를 증가시킬 수 있다.
