PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a disinfectant solution which is fresh and diluted.SOLUTION: A portable device (100) for mixing a diluted disinfectant solution comprises: a reservoir (122) for a disinfectant which stores a disinfectant solution； a chamber (126) which is a chamber coupled to the reservoir for a disinfectant, and stores a predetermined amount of a diluent； and disinfectant supply means for deriving a predetermined amount of the disinfectant solution which should be mixed with a predetermined amount of the diluent, from the reservoir for a disinfectant.
