PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a weakly-acidic sterilizing or antimicrobial agent or the like containing a weakly-acidic hypochlorous acid aqueous solution having more excellent sterilizing or antimicrobial performance, which is a weakly-acidic hypochlorous acid aqueous solution utilized as a weakly-acidic sterilizing or antimicrobial agent or the like.SOLUTION: The pH of a weakly-acidic hypochlorous acid aqueous solution as a weakly-acidic sterilizing or antimicrobial agent or the like is adjusted at 6.2-7, and the effective chlorine concentration is adjusted at 50-100 ppm.
