The present invention discloses a method for preparing hair care products using awkeotsang pectin and its applications, at least comprising the following steps: (1) placing a predetermined amount of awkeotsang pectin stock solution in a container (2) adding a predetermined proportion of deterioration inhibitor to mix with the awkeotsang pectin stock solution and stir uniformly (3) mixing traces of fragrances with a predetermined amount of bitter tea oil, and pouring altogether into a container to stir uniformly with the awkeotsang pectin stock solution therein and (4) adding a proper amount of emulsifier into the container and stirring uniformly, thereby readily forming the conditioner liquid.
