PURPOSE: A food composition which includes phellinus baumii cultivation unpolished rice as an active ingredient for strength recovery after anti-cancer therapy and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to efficiently provide nutrients for willpower recovery for patients after anti-cancer therapy or operation. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of food composition which includes phellinus baumii cultivation unpolished rice as an active ingredient for strength recovery after anti-cancer therapy comprises the following steps: molding a mixture into rice shaped molded products； and drying the rice shaped molded products until the moisture content becomes 13 to 17 %. The mixture comprises 10-40 parts by weight of Phellinus baumii cultivation uncleaned rice powder, 10-15 parts by weight of Condonopsis lanceolata Trautv powder, 10-40 parts by weight of cereal powder, 20-45 parts weight of sweet potato powder, and 10-20 parts by weight of vegetable powder. The cereal comprises 20-40 parts by weight of germinated brown rice, 20-40 parts by weight of germinated barley, 2-8 parts by weight of millet, 2-8 parts by weight of sorghum, 5-15 parts by weight of buckwheat, and 5-15 parts by weight of adlay. The vegetable comprises 10-15 parts by weight of ricinus communis leaves, 2-6 parts by weight of red lettuce, 5-15 parts by weight of thistle, 3-8 parts by weight of acanthopanacis cortex, 10-15 parts by weight of buckwheat germ, 10-15 parts by weight of red bean srpouts, 3-8 parts by weight of water shield plants, 7-15 parts by weight of spinaches, 5-10 parts by weight of lotus roots, 2-6 parts by weight of Xanthium strumarium, 5-10 parts by weight of oenanthe javanica, 5-10 parts by weight of crown daisy, and 2-6 parts by weight of honeysuckle flower.
