PURPOSE: A pharmaceutical composition containing docetaxel for injection is provided to minimize active drug decomposition and to improve storage stability.CONSTITUTION: A freeze-dried composition for injection contains docetaxel as an active ingredient and microgol-15-hydroxystearate as solublizing agent, cyclodextrin derivative as a cryoprotective agent, and one or more kinds of oxidifier. The oxidifier is citric acid, acetic acid, hydrochloric acid, phosphoric acid, sulfuric acid, or lactic acid. A method for manufacturing the composition comprises: a step of mixing docetaxel and microgol-15-hydroxystearate and dissolving to prepare a first solution a step of mixing an injection solution containing dissolved cyclodextrin derivative with the first solution and a step of freeze-drying the mixed solution.COPYRIGHT KIPO 2012발명은 도세탁셀을 함유하는 신규한 주사용 약제학적 조성물 및 이의 제조방법에 관한 것으로서, 구체적으로는 도세탁셀, 가용화제로 마크로골-15-히드록시스테아레이트, 동결 보호제로 히드록시프로필 베타 시클로덱스트린 그리고 산성화제를 함유하는 동결건조 조성물을 제조함으로써 매우 난용성인 도세탁셀을 가용화 및 안정화시킨 조성물 및 이의 제조 방법을 제공한다. 추가적으로 본 조성물은 부작용이 많은 가용화제가 사용된 시판 제제와 비교하여 부작용 발현을 줄이면서도 매우 우수한 안정성을 가지는 것을 특징으로 한다.
