The present invention relates to a method for extracting calcium powder from anchovies and Hizikia fusiformis and calcium powder thereof wherein the calcium powder is extracted from anchovies and Hizikia fusiformis and the extracted calcium powder is mixed. The method for extracting calcium powder from anchovies and Hizikia fusiformis includes the steps of: (a) extracting the calcium powder from salted anchovies； (b) extracting Hizikia fusiformis powder from Hizikia fusiformis； and (c) mixing the calcium powder, extracted in step (a), and the Hizikia fusiformis powder extracted step (b).
