Provided in the present invention is a method for manufacturing an anticancer drug composition for injection, containing Keumsa linteusan as a main ingredient, which comprises a soaking step (S10) of putting 66.67-88.89 wt% of water to 11.11-33.33 wt% a fruit body of Keumsa Phellinus linteus； an extracting step (S20) of applying a heat to the fruit body of Keumsa Phellinus linteus and water of the soaking step (S10) to be 90-150°；C, and extracting and filtering the same for one to five days to obtain a water-soluble extract； a filtering step (S30) of filtering the water-soluble extract of the extracting step (S20) with sterile distilled water (2 to 20 times more weight ratio of the water-soluble extract) by using a filter membrane having molecular weight cut-off of 5,000 to 50,000 in a continuous ultrafilter for dialysis to obtain a fraction (filtrate) without salts and low molecular material； a primary refining step (S40) of using gel filtration chromatography by using a liquid acetic acid for separating glycans of the fraction of the filtering step (S30) on the basis of the size to obtain Keumsa linteusan having the solid content of 1-5% (w/v)； and a secondary refining step (S50) of adding a suitable amount of an additive to the Keumsa linteusan of the primary refining step (S40), stirring, storing in a dark place for 24-48 hours to uniformly disperse each component and stabilize the dispersed state, and filtering by asbestos and bacteria to manufacture an injection.본 발명은 경구 섭취용 금사린테우산 분말 제제에 비하여 인체 흡수가 빠르고, 혈액에 의해 전달되어 면역활성 증가 및 항암 효과가 매우 우수한 금사린테우산을 주성분으로 하는 주사제용 항암제 조성물 및 그 제조방법에 관한 것이다.전술한 본 발명의 특징은, 금사목질진흙버섯 자실체 11.11∼33.33 중량％에 물 66.67∼88.89 중량％를 넣는 침지단계(S10)； 상기 침지단계(S10)의 금사목질진흙버섯 자실체와 물을 90℃ 내지 150℃의 온도가 되게 열을 가한 후, 90℃ 내지 150℃ 상태에서 1일 내지 5일 동안 추출하고 여과하여 수용성 추출물을 얻는 추출단계(S20)； 상기 추출단계(S20)의 수용성 추출물 용액을 투석용 연속식 한외여과기(ultrafilration)에서 분자량 투과크기 5,000 내지 50,000의 여과막을 사용하여, 수용성 추출물 용액의 중량비 2배 내지 20배의 멸균증류수로 여과하여 염류 및 저분자물질을 제거한 분획물(여과물)을 얻는 여과단계(S30)； 상기
