A natural formulation and associated method promotes fat and weight loss while decreasing food cravings, boosting metabolic rate, and supporting the immune system. The premixed herbal formula includes one or more, or all, of the following active ingredients: green coffee bean extract, green tea extract, ginseng root, chromium, garcinia cambogia, yerba mate leaf, raspberry ketones, banaba leaf extract, hoodia gordoni cactus, griffonia simplicfolia, amorphophallus konjac, capscium fruit, glucomannan, and yohimbine.
