The present invention relates to a hyaluronidase inhibitor from symbiotic fermented product. A plant-based material is subjected to a symbiotic fermentation with the aid of multiple fermenting bacteria, followed by a solid-liquid separation step, so as to produce a symbiotic fermented product as the hyaluronidase inhibitor.
