PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a complete recycling (closed circuit) fish and shellfish aquaculture system that suppresses pathogenic bacteria without using ultraviolet light and ozone, in a closed circuit aquaculture, the system that uses microorganisms and thereby achieves a cyclic use of seawater and freshwater.SOLUTION: A complete recycling fish and shellfish aquaculture system is constituted of an aquaculture water tank 7, a mixing layer 1, a fermenter 2, a fermentation synthesis tank 3 and a synthesis tank 4. Use water is pumped from the aquaculture water tank 7 to the mixing layer 1 using a raw water pipe 12. In the mixing layer 1, a fermentation culture solution is mixed with raw water. Then, this water is made to flow through the fermenter 2, the fermentation synthesis tank 3 and the synthesis tank 4, respectively, and is returned to the aquaculture water tank 7 using a treated water transfer pipe 11. Thereby, the water is circulated and used as compound fermentation enzyme water for aquaculture and high energy water.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1COPYRIGHT: (C)2016,JPO&INPIT【課題】閉鎖循環式養殖において、紫外線やオゾンを使用せずに病原菌等を抑制する、微生物を利用した海水・淡水の循環利用を実現する完全閉鎖循環式(完全リサイクル)魚介類の養殖システムを提供する。【解決手段】完全リサイクル魚介類養殖システムは養殖用水槽7、ミキシング層1、発酵槽2、発酵合成槽3、合成槽4から構成され、養殖用水槽7から原水パイプ12にて使用水をミキシング層1に投入する。ミキシング層1では発酵増殖液を原水に混ぜ、その後この水は発酵槽2、発酵合成槽3、合成槽4をそれぞれ流れ、処理水移送パイプ11にて養殖用水槽7に戻される。これにより養殖用複合発酵酵素水、高エネルギー水として循環利用する。【選択図】図1
