To provide, in a manufacturing method of a greening base material for a sloped face greening work, a fermentation fertilizer obtained by using sewage sludge as a fermentation promoting material, kneading unused wood chips and bark, and performing aerobic fermentation treatment, and a greening base material using the fermentation fertilizer as a plant growth base in a sloped face greening work.SOLUTION: A fermentation fertilizer is manufactured by: kneading sewage sludge with unused wood chips and bark; throwing the kneaded product into a fermentation tank comprising a rotary type fermentation device; fermenting the product aerobically for about two weeks by ventilation and turn back; sieving fermented compost whose moisture content is adjusted to be substantially 40 to 45% by fermentation reaction heat by a screen with 20 mm mesh, to adjust to a size equal to or smaller than 20 mm; and storing and making the compost stand in a flexible container bag with gas permeability until fermentation reaction heat settles after 4 to 6 months of aging period.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1【課題】法面緑化工事用緑化基盤材の製造方法に関し、下水汚泥を発酵促進材に使用し、未利用の木材のチップと樹皮とを混錬し、好気性発酵処理して得た発酵肥料及び発酵肥料を法面緑化工事の植物生育基盤とする緑化基盤材を提供する。【解決手段】下水汚泥に、未利用の木材のチップと樹皮を混錬し、ロータリー式発酵装置を備えた発酵槽内に投入し、通気と切り返しによる好気性発酵を2週間ほど経て、発酵反応熱で概略含水率40%から45%まで調整した発酵堆肥を網目20mmのスクリーンで篩別して20mm以下のサイズに整え、通気性を有したフレキシブルコンテナ袋の中に収納し静置し、4ヶ月から6ヶ月の熟成期間をもって発酵反応熱が治まった発酵肥料を特徴とする構成。【選択図】図1
